The crew arrived early 8am Tuesday morning and got right to work. The crew worked straight thru till 7pm that evening. I came out a few times to check on things and was impressed at the progress I saw. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy their jobs though the labor is back-breaking.
I feel the work they had to tackle at my house was unusually difficult. This house was purchased three years ago at auction. Since that time no work has been done on the outside and the property looked neglected. I often times had ppl drive up my driveway thinking the house was abandoned and checking for a 'for sale' sign. I appreciate that DLL stayed on task and did all they said they would. Tyler even mowed the front portion of the lawn—to help me see how nice the place could look with a little effort—lol. Overall, each member of the crew was a real professional, they stayed on task, focused and worked in teams to finish the job on time with a minimum of fuss. I will be using Tyler and DLL again as I work to finish out the landscaping on this home.

After a horrific experience with a certain tree company in early 2014, I decided to do my homework this time.
I spent over a month talking to different “Tree Experts,” gathering estimates, etc. I found this to be very frustrating. One guy kept me on the phone over an hour explaining to me that he could not remove the wood due to his hernia! REALLY, then why is he in the tree removal business?
Then I received a call back from Tyler Richardson of DLL. It was quickly apparent that Mr. Richardson was a true professional. He went out to look at the job, (one large tree to be removed, and a sprawling tree to be trimmed) and got back to me in a timely manner with an estimate. I then decided to hire DLL tree for the job, after Mr. Richardson assured me that we wouldn’t even know they had been there, and provided proof of insurance and workers comp.
These guys are not only great, they are the BEST. The job was expertly done, and other than the work performed, we really couldn’t tell they had been there! They worked very hard without breaks. (Believe me this was not an easy job!) They also left both the front and back yards in pristine condition. I would never consider hiring anyone else but DLL in the future. We also have recommended them to our friends, and family, for their lawn, landscape, and tree removal needs.
