WHAT IS DLL’S SERVICE AREA?
DLL provides service throughout Central Ohio,
typically within about 15 miles of the I-270 outer-belt.
DO YOU OFFER RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPING?
We offer grading and seeding services residentially, and some additional landscaping services when combined with other services. We do not offer residential landscape maintenance.
HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?
Please contact us so we can come onsite and provide a free estimate! We price each job out according to the needs of the property. Our experts will come onsite to individually assess your needs, trees and environment to provide an accurate price.
TIMELINE TO RECEIVE SERVICES?
We make every effort to perform services as quickly as possible. We are typically between 2–4 weeks out on our tree and landscaping services, with the exception of emergency tree services.
DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE DLL COMES ONSITE?
Before we come onsite, please mark trees that are to be serviced. E.g. a small flag at the roots, a mark with chalk, a string around the tree, etc. You are not required to be present at the time of estimate.
IS CLEAN UP INCLUDED?
Yes! Clean up of all debris created during tree services are included, unless otherwise requested. (This does not include removal of stump grinding spoils.)
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
DLL accepts payment via cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO YOU TAKE?
Our team members are trained professionals with years of experience. We are constantly educating our staff on the most up-to-date safety techniques, and all equipment used by our technicians meets Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! DLL carries full liability insurance coverage as well as Bureau of Workers Compensation (BWC) coverage.
IS YOUR WORK GUARANTEED?
DLL warranties all plant materials we install for one year. We work with customers to make sure they are pleased with our services, and will do everything we can to make ensure our clients are satisfied, including corrective actions if needed.
